3. Non-Disclosure of Membership Content

Members are expressly prohibited from:

•Sharing login details or access links to the member platform with non-members

•Reproducing or distributing member-only content, including screenshots, recordings, or transcriptions

•Using Confidential Information for commercial purposes or redistribution

4. Consequences of Breach

Any breach of this Non-Disclosure Agreement may result in:

•Immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund

•Legal action, if necessary, to protect our proprietary information and community standards

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By joining as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Non-Disclosure Agreement. This NDA is binding as long as you remain a member and continues after membership termination regarding any Confidential Information acquired during your time with The Free Way.
